Balance Between Work and Life
In our time many of us spend much time in the office and this is not always the fault of the employer. We spend much time on the road. If we spend more time in the office that does not mean that we can do our work better, or we have more results. It is up to us to decide what to do with our time. We must strike a balance between work, family and friends. But often, the work in the first place, and all other activities or people in your life, to have the little time you have. This affects your relationship. Here is an exercise to help you make the right decisions:
Write down as many values that you come to mind, choose the main 10 of them, in descending order. Then, with your partner or your friend begin to compare. You can count on the partner selection, but this exercise will help you to make decisions in a rational and cerebral approach. Your partner should be careful in your attempts, but does not comment on whether or not your choice. You can use this exercise regularly to ensure the priorities change constantly.
